We’re just plain old fashioned; we won’t give project estimates over the phone.
Here’s why: Every home is just a little bit different and we want to see your current situation firsthand – talk to you, listen to you, take notes. THEN we can design a solution that includes an estimate that makes sense for your needs.
If financing is your concern, we’re always quick to share how you can save money and to create a plan for completing your project in stages to alleviate financial pressure.
Why You Should Consider an Assessment
New project assessments are free!
At your assessment, sharing detailed concerns will help us to solve your issues in the most efficient manner:
- Is your current gas bill really high?
- Has your electrical bill gone crazy?
- Have you noticed an especially cold area of your house?
- Are allergies impacting your quality of life?
- Do you still have an outdated furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, or air quality equipment?
- Is your thermostat from the last century?
- Are you tired of returning to a cold house after a long day at work?
Note: Free assessments are not provided for servicing equipment

Who Should Be Home?
First Visit. For the initial assessment, it’s helpful to have someone from the household available to let us in, show us around, and provide a list of detailed concerns.
Second Visit. When a financial decision is required, we encourage the homeowner(s) to be available. We’ll present our analysis, answer your questions, and finally recommend steps for achieving optimal comfort in your home. We’ll also suggest a timeline for accomplishing your goals. Though we’re happy to spend as much time as you find helpful, we recommend scheduling 30 minutes for this consultation.
When you contact us for an assessment, we’ll promptly provide you with further information. Generally we are able to schedule an assessment within two weeks of your contact. Once we begin, we’re committed to completing your project in a timely manner.
