Who Should Be Home?
First Visit. For the initial assessment, it’s helpful to have someone from the household available to let us in, show us around, and provide a list of detailed concerns.
Second Visit. When a financial decision is required, we encourage the homeowner(s) to be available. We’ll present our analysis, answer your questions, and finally recommend steps for achieving optimal comfort in your home. We’ll also suggest a timeline for accomplishing your goals. Though we’re happy to spend as much time as you find helpful, we recommend scheduling 30 minutes for this consultation.
Time-frame
When you contact us for an assessment, we’ll promptly provide you with further information. Generally we are able to schedule an assessment within two weeks of your contact. Once we begin, we’re committed to completing your project in a timely manner.
Financing
If financing is helpful for you, we’re always quick to share how you can save money. We’ll help create a plan for completing your project in stages to alleviate financial pressure.
